Join us for a seminar focusing on globalization strategies for MedTech corporations

According to a recent “Global Readiness Survey” with 362 executives, only 10% of companies think they have the full complement of capabilities required to win abroad. Midsize companies are particularly vulnerable when they attempt to go global, as they are less nimble than their smaller competitors but lack the scale and systems of larger companies. The overarching picture is clear: a smart strategy is not enough. Winners in going global must also execute better! 1

It is expected that world trade grows more slowly than global output for the third consecutive year. The resurgence of economic nationalism in some parts of the world means World Trade Organization rules will be put to the test. The world’s biggest bilateral trade route (USA-China) is likely to come under pressure. The peripheral Eurozone economies are expected to grow at 2%. India would lead E7 growth at over 7,5%, while Chinese growth would slow to around 6.5% per annum.

In view of the currently fast changing global economic situation, SWISS MEDTECH and marcs group AG are happy to host the second forum addressing issues related to going global. In 2014, Victoria has been selected an elite professional manager by the Ministry of Economic Affairs of Taiwan.
